By placing an order with Scan a Stuffy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Scan a Stuffy reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Scan a Stuffy creates custom 3D-printed miniature replicas of stuffed animals based on photos submitted by the customer. Each product is handcrafted and unique. Finished prints are approximately 3.5”–4” in size and produced in up to 4 colors in a natural plastic finish.
Customers are responsible for submitting clear, usable photos of their stuffed animal. Scan a Stuffy will review submitted photos and contact the customer if the photos are insufficient to produce a quality print. Scan a Stuffy is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or insufficient photos provided by the customer.
By submitting photos, the customer confirms they own the photos and have the right to use them for this purpose.
Production begins after photos have been reviewed and accepted. Customers will be notified if there are any concerns with submitted photos before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Standard turnaround is approximately 1–2 weeks from the date of photo acceptance. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Scan a Stuffy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Free standard US shipping is included in the purchase price. Scan a Stuffy currently ships to US addresses only. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Scan a Stuffy is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Scan a Stuffy reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
Scan a Stuffy retains ownership of all 3D models created from customer-submitted photos. The customer receives a physical print only. Scan a Stuffy reserves the right to photograph finished prints and use them for portfolio, gallery, and marketing purposes. Customers who do not wish their print to be used for marketing may notify us at support@scanastuffy.com at the time of ordering.
Scan a Stuffy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any stuffed animal manufacturer, brand, or licensor.
Scan a Stuffy’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Scan a Stuffy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
